Joy & Pain Apparel – Returns & Refunds
Made-to-order: Each item is printed on demand for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items no longer wanted after purchase (such as a change of heart, or a different preferred size/color than what was selected at checkout). Please refer to the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Damaged / misprinted items (on our end): If your order arrives with a misprint, defect, or damage on our end, email us within 21 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Wrong address / unclaimed packages: If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or a package is unclaimed and returned, we can reship once the correct address is provided; reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns without authorization: Please do not send items to our PO Box. We’ll provide return/replacement instructions after you contact us. Items sent back without approval cannot be processed.
Lost-in-transit: If a package appears stalled, contact us. If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with the carrier and neighbors first; we’ll help where we can.
Refunds (if applicable): Approved issues (misprints/defects) are replaced. Refunds are only issued if a replacement isn’t possible and will be made back to the original payment method.
