Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Times (U.S.)

• Standard delivery: 2–9 business days after production
• Expedited shipping: Not currently available

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent by email once your order ships.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but your package cannot be located, please check with the carrier and neighbors first. If still unresolved, contact us at linked@joyandpainapparel.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
